Institutional Clauses
These clauses define the framework governing access, reading, use and responsibility applicable to the content published by AG2I GLOBAL. They do not constitute a contract or an offer.
1. Reading clause
Access to content published by AG2I GLOBAL is free. Consultation, reading or downloading of any document does not imply contractual acceptance of any kind.
Texts are provided for documentary purposes only, without injunction to use or obligation to apply.
2. Non-engagement clause
The publication of any document, framework or statement does not constitute an offer, a service proposal, or an engagement on the part of AG2I GLOBAL.
No contractual relationship, explicit or implicit, may be inferred from the sole consultation of the content.
3. Autonomous use clause
Any autonomous use of published documents remains under the sole responsibility of the using entity.
AG2I GLOBAL exercises no control over interpretation, adaptation or application of content outside a formally defined institutional support framework.
4. Responsibility clause
AG2I GLOBAL’s responsibility may only be engaged once an institutional support framework has been explicitly defined, accepted and formalized.
In the absence of such a framework, AG2I GLOBAL assumes no responsibility for consequences arising from the use of published content.
5. Temporality clause
Documentary frameworks are published at a given point in time, in a defined state.
Any decision taken subsequently without clarification of version, scope or context remains the exclusive responsibility of the user.
6. Neutrality clause
Published content is designed as neutral architecture. It carries no political, ideological, cultural or strategic orientation.
Any prescriptive, normative or militant interpretation lies outside AG2I GLOBAL’s intent.
7. Limitation clause
The documents do not constitute:
- A legally binding standard,
- A certification,
- A guarantee of compliance,
- A substitute for legal or regulatory advice.
8. Solicitation clause
Any solicitation addressed to AG2I GLOBAL must be subject to prior qualification.
Non-qualified requests may remain unanswered.
9. Evolution clause
These clauses may evolve to reflect practices, published frameworks or institutional requirements.
The applicable version is the one published at the time of consultation.
