Does AG2I GLOBAL issue a standard or a regulation?
No.
AG2I GLOBAL does not prescribe behaviour, impose a framework, or require adoption.
It aligns itself with an institutional chronology already observed in all complex organizations.
What is the IVAP law, concretely?
IVAP describes a universal sequence:
- A text is published ;
- It is used ;
- Decisions accumulate ;
- Risk emerges ;
- Proof becomes required.
IVAP does not create this sequence. It recognizes it.
Why does AG2I GLOBAL never intervene “at the beginning”?
Because intervention before real risk appears produces declarative value, not structural value.
AG2I GLOBAL intervenes only when system operation has made its constraints visible.
This positioning is temporal, not moral.
What does “cost of delay” mean?
The longer a system operates without an explicit framework:
- The more decisions accumulate ;
- The greater the documentary exposure ;
- The more responsibility becomes diffuse.
The cost of delay is not a penalty. It is an accumulation.
What is the purpose of the D12 tool?
D12 introduces no rule.
It does not measure expected compliance. It makes a real state visible, a posteriori.
D12 triggers nothing. It observes.
Does D12 impose a decision?
No.
D12 makes visible:
- Actual level of use ;
- Decision exposure ;
- The gap between operation and securing.
When these elements become visible, the decision ceases to be moral and becomes temporal.
What is the role of ORVEX?
ORVEX does not explain.
ORVEX establishes:
- Traceability ;
- Timestamping ;
- Documentary enforceability.
When risk is recognized, proof becomes required.
Does AG2I GLOBAL “enforce” this law?
No.
AG2I GLOBAL simply refuses to intervene before the legitimate moment.
The law is not imposed. It is paid.
Why is this approach non-contestable?
Because it is based neither on opinion, nor on promise, nor on imposed norms.
It is based on time.
Institutions do not debate with time. They comply with it.
What remains for an institution to do?
Nothing to adopt. Nothing to sign. Nothing to proclaim.
Only to recognize, at the moment risk becomes real, that value has ceased to be abstract.

ORVEX-TRUCKING designates an activation scope for high-volume logistics events,
where proof must withstand time across jurisdictions without discontinuity.
No deployment is offered. No outcome is promised.
Activation occurs only through a qualified request based on an already-formed risk.
